Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial -- no credit card required. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan. At the end of the trial you can subscribe via UPI autopay, net banking, or card through Razorpay.

Are there any setup or implementation fees?

None at all. MedOS is self-serve -- you can go live in under 20 minutes with the onboarding wizard. If you prefer guided setup, we offer an optional implementation service for Rs 4,999 (one-time).

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept UPI autopay, credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI options through Razorpay. All prices are in INR and include 18% GST. Annual billing bills 11 months upfront — the 12th month is free (an effective ~8% discount).

Question 4

What payment methods do hospitals get?

Accepted Answer

All plans support cash, UPI, card, and net banking for manual payments. Professional and Enterprise plans can also integrate their own payment gateway (Razorpay, Paytm, PhonePe, Cashfree, CCAvenue, PayU, Instamojo, BillDesk) to collect online payments via shareable payment links sent through WhatsApp or SMS.

Can you help migrate data from our current system?

Yes. For Professional and Enterprise plans, our team assists with data migration from spreadsheets, legacy HMS software, or paper records. We provide CSV templates and a guided import tool. Enterprise customers get dedicated migration support.

Question 6

What happens if I want to cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in contracts. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, and you can export it at any time.

What kind of support do I get?

Starter plans include email support (response within 24 hours). Professional plans add phone support during business hours. Enterprise customers get a dedicated account manager with SLA-backed response times.

How does WhatsApp & SMS messaging work?

MedOS does not charge any messaging fees -- zero middleman markup. You sign up directly with a WhatsApp Business API provider (Meta, Gupshup, AiSensy, or MSG91) and an SMS gateway (MSG91, Fast2SMS, or 2Factor), then connect them in Settings. You pay your provider directly at their rates -- typically Rs 0.15-0.50/message. This means you always get the cheapest rates possible with full control over your messaging costs.

No — MedOS ships with 690 ready-to-use consultation templates across 36 specialties, included in every plan from Starter upwards. Coverage spans General Medicine (53 templates), Pediatrics, OB-GYN, Cardiology, Dermatology, Dental, Orthopedics, Psychiatry, ENT, Ophthalmology, Surgery, Endocrinology, Neurology, Pulmonology, Oncology, Emergency Medicine, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Urology, Physiotherapy, Radiology, Nephrology, Anesthesiology, Infectious Disease, Women's Health, Sports Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Geriatrics, Palliative Care, Pain Medicine, Neonatology, Hematology, Pediatric Surgery, Nutrition and Dietetics, Ayurveda, and Family Medicine. Every template is written to Indian clinical standards — NMC 2023 generic drug naming, ICD-10 codes, IAP/FOGSI/NHM/IAPC/IAPS/CCRAS guideline references — and includes a chief-complaint checklist, examination prompts, investigation panel, prescription plan, and patient instructions. The 10 features are: Clinical Assistant (consultation differentials and investigations), Discharge Summary auto-draft, Lab Report Explainer, NABH SOP Generator, Insurance Claim Narrative, Analytics Narrator, Consultation Template Auto-Generator, Emergency Triage Assistant, Incident RCA Assistant, and Support Reply Suggester — all powered by Google Gemini 2.5 Flash with PHI redacted server-side and a 6-year audit log. If you exceed your monthly allowance you can top up at ₹99 per 500 additional calls. Every feature has a per-clinic toggle in Settings if you want to disable specific ones.

Is patient data sent to Google when I use the AI features?

Patient identifiers (name, phone, Aadhaar, ABHA, UHID, email, PAN) are stripped and replaced with safe tokens before any data leaves MedOS — this is field-level redaction plus a regex sweep on free text. HIV, mental health, and PCPNDT records are hard-blocked from AI processing automatically. Individual patients can opt out of AI processing entirely. Every AI call is audit-logged with user, feature, tokens, and cost — 6-year retention. Per Google's policy, Gemini API data is not used to train AI models. Multi-tenant isolation is enforced at every layer — no clinic can ever see another clinic's data.
